Complaints Respondent Tab

This tab displays all of the basic information on each respondent of a complaint  filed.  

Field Descriptions

Response

License No, Name, Rec Type, Firm

At the top of the screen, type the last name of the Respondent and click on to select the name from the Loan Officer/Mortgage Banker Lookup.  The License number, Name, Record Type and Firm will be displayed automatically.

Restitution

Owed

Enter the amount owed for restitution.

Balance Paid

Enter the amount paid toward satisfying the restitution due.

Date

Enter the date of the payment received.

Check No

Enter the check number for the payment received to satisfy the restitution.

No Response

Date Referred for Enforcement Action

Enter the date referred for follow up enforcement action.

Admin Penalty

Sent Date

Enter the date the ????????.

Due Date

Enter the date the ???????

Received Date

Enter the date the ?????? was received.

Penalty

Enter the penalty for the complaint.
