Complainant Notes Tab
This tab displays any notes regarding a complaint filed.
Notes
The notes tab gives you the flexibility of adding unlimited notes to each record. The note section is a true rich text format - which means you can spell check, add formatting, bullets, etc. by double clicking on the Note field to open the edit screen.
