Update Crystal 8.5 Reports for Use in MyLIC

In order to open an existing Crystal 8.5 report in MyLic, please follow the following directions:

-Open the report in Crystal 8.5

-Choose from the top menu, Database/Set Location

-Select the driving table.  In this example INDV and choose the Set Location option to the right.

-on this next screen, click on + before ODBC to open selection

-Click on the + before MyLIC to expand the selection below

-scroll down until you find lic.indv.  Click on it to select then click on Set option to the right

-If you have more than one table in your report, you will get the message below.  Choose yes and all other tables will also be set for lic

- Notice the Location section now shows the table as lic.indv.  If you click on the Database "Company", it will show the table as lic.company.  You are finished, so click on Done option to the right

-You will get the message below indicating the change has taken place. Click on OK

-Now preview your report and the data should be displayed properly.

Be sure to save your report!
