Individual Company Tab

This tab contains all of the basic information for company the individual represents.  

This screen only applies for Mortgage Brokers and Loan Officers.  There is a different screen for Mortgage Bankers.

Field Descriptions

CO ID No

The License program assigns a unique Company ID number to each individual's company that is added to your database. This number can not be changed and is incremented by one each time a record is saved.

ID

This is the unique ID number assigned to the individual representative.

BK ID

This is the unique ID number assigned to the ??????

Assume Name

Enter the assumed name that the company can go by.  This field holds up to 40 characters.

Firm

Enter the company name.  This field holds up to 40 characters.

Address 1 and 2

Enter the individual’s company address on two lines that can contain up to 34 characters each.

City

Enter the individual’s company city containing up to 24 characters.

State

Enter the individual’s company state containing up to 2 characters.

Zip Code

Enter the individual's company zip code.

Tel

Enter the individual's area code and company telephone number.

Fax No

Enter the individual's area code and company fax number.

Toll Free

Enter the individual's toll free area code and company telephone number.

Contact Name

Enter the name of the contact at the company up to 30 characters.

Fiscal Yr-End

Enter the date of the year end fiscal period as MM/DD/YYYY or use the automatic Calendar feature by clicking on the drop down arrow.

Bus Start Date

Enter the date that the company started business as MM/DD/YYYY or use the automatic Calendar feature.
