The table is listed that revisions were made to.

Field

The field is listed that revisions were made to.

Date

This is the date the revision was made.

User

This is the staff initials of the person who made the revisions (per MyLic login).

Old Value

This is the information the field contained before the revision.

New Value

This is the information the field contains after the revision.
