Individual Company Loan Tab
This tab contains all of the basic information for a company the individual represents.
This screen only applies for Mortgage Bankers.
NOTE: Typically annual report data is entered into the MyLIC system through the online Annual Report Collection System. All attempts should be made to enter the data using the online system since it provides the Number of Branches and Loan Officers for the submitting Mortgage Broker, as well as notes entered into the NOTES tab.
Field Descriptions
Report CY
Enter calendar year that corresponds to the annual report submitting activity, e.g., 2006 and AR 2006 in next block.
# Loans
This is the number loans for each type.
Dollar Volume
This is Amount of Dollars for each loan type.
Total
Automatically displays the total for all types of loans for the count and dollar amount, except for High Cost entries.
F.H.A
Refers to Federal Housing Administration loans.
V.A.
Refers to Veterans Administration loan.
Conv (Conf)
Refers to Conventional Conforming.
Conf (N-C)
Refers to Conforming Non Conventional.
Other
Refers to any other type of loan not covered in the above fields.
High Cost
Refers to loans where the interest charged on the loan is greater than 12%.
No Branches
The number indicates what the online system displayed as the number of branch registered on the Mortgage Broker record.
No Sponsor LO
The number indicates what the online system displayed as the number of loan officers sponsored by the Mortgage Broker.
Agrees with No Branches
A checkmark indicates that during the online submission, the Mortgage Broker agreed with the Number of Branches that the system has registered on his record. A blank field indicates that the Mortgage Broker did not agree with the information displayed.
Agrees with No LO
A checkmark indicates that during the online submission, the Mortgage Broker agreed with the Number of Loan Officers that the system has registered on his record as being sponsored by the Mortgage Broker. A blank field indicates that the Mortgage Broker did not agree with the information displayed.
