Individual License Tab

This tab contains all of the basic information for each Financial Services Agent license.

This screen only applies for Financial Services Agent.  There are different screens for other Record Types.

Field Descriptions

DATES

Original Issue

Enter the date that the license was originally issued.

Received

Enter the date the application was originally received.

Completion

Enter the date that information was received that completed the application.

LICENSE FEE

FBI/DPS

Enter the amount charged for obtaining background check from the Federal Bureau of Investigation or the Department of Public Safety.

Beginning Bal

The balance due for prior fees not yet paid.

Paid

Shows the total payment amount entered in the grid at the bottom of screen for payments.

Balance

Shows total of any fees still due for the license that have not been paid.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Owed

The amount due for additional fees not yet paid.

Paid

Shows the total payment amount for additional fees.

Balance

Shows total of any additional fees still due for the license that have not been paid.

License Fee Payments

Grid is area to enter payments for license fee.
