This table contains zip codes along with city and county information.

Field Descriptions

Zip Code

Enter the zip code.  Sample format is 77777-7777.  After entering the street address, tabbing to the next data entry field will take you to the zip code.  By entering the zip code, Semarca License program will populate the city (and state) as defined in this table.

City

The city this zip code resides in.

County

The county this zip code resides in.
