Organization General Detail Tab
This tab displays all of the basic information needed for the organization's programming.
Field Descriptions
Code
The code is the organization's abbreviation. The MyLIC program uses this information when sending error notices to Semarca for technical support and for other programming requirements.
Version No.
The Version No. is changed whenever an update is run to make changes to the programming or tables.
Name
Enter the organization's name.
Address
Enter the organization's address on two lines that can contain up to 32 characters each.
City
Enter the organization's city containing up to 20characters.
State
Enter the organization's state containing up to 2 characters.
Zip Code
Enter the organization's zip code, 5 digits only.
Tel
Enter the organization's area code and work telephone number.
Fax
Enter the organization's area code and fax number.
Email Address
Enter an email address for the organization; be sure to include the @ symbol.
Use American Express? Discover? MasterCard? Visa?
Click on the check box to turn on the feature to True to accept these types of credit cards. For use with the MyLIC web application through Texas OnLine and ePAY.
Date Billed to
Enter the expiration date of the last billing cycle. For use when billing Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, and Mortgage Bankers.
LO Fee, MB Fee, and BK Fee
Enter each fee for Loan Officers, Mortgage Brokers, and Mortgage Bankers.
Recovery Fee
Enter the fee that Mortgage Brokers and Loan Officers are statutorily required to pay when initiating or renewing a license.
FBI/DPS Fee
Enter the fee that Mortgage Brokers and Loan Officers are required to pay for SML to conduct criminal history background searches through the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for initial licensing.
Convenience Fee
Enter the fee that Mortgage Bankers are required to pay for the convenience of using ePAY (i.e., credit card payment) when registering, and renewing, with SML. The fee is collected and retained by Texas OnLine .
Download Time
The MyLIC program uses this field to generate the nightly Texas OnLine download of eligible Mortgage Broker and Loan Officer renewals, and the Provider Table.
ARCS Reporting Year
Enter the latest 4 digit calendar year for which the Annual Report Collection System will accept mandatory loan production data. For example, on January 1, 2007, change the ear to "2006" allowing users to record their 2006 loan production information.
Enforcement Year
Enter the latest 4 digit fiscal year for the Enforcement module to use when establishing new enforcement actions.
