Providers AKA Tab

This tab displays notes for the provider.  

The notes tab gives you the flexibility of adding unlimited notes to each record.  In addition, the note section is a true rich text format - which means you can spell check, add formatting, bullets, etc.  Double click on the Note area to open the edit window to type text or cut and paste data from another application.
