Run Renewals

Choose this option when you are ready to process renewals.  

Recommended procedure before running the Billing option:

• Make any adjustments before running the renewal

• Make sure you have a back up or you have zipped your database ???????

• Choose Utilities from top toolbar

• Run Renewals

• Enter appropriate date range for the expiration and the billing effective date

• Select run.
