Change Password

Choose this option when you want to change your password.  

Rules for Passwords:

• Password must use one of each of these:  uppercase letter, lowercase letter, special character and number.

• Must consists of at least 7 characters.

• Password expires every 90 days.

• After 90 days, MyLic prompts you to enter a new password for nine days, then it will lock the user out if it has not been changed.

• You are only allowed 3 attempts to enter a password at login before you are locked out.  Only a designated MyLIC Supervisor can unlock a record to allow for a new password to be entered (take the check mark off the box for LOCKED).

• User cannot enter a former password.
