Make any adjustments as necessary to data in the import file
Make sure you have a back up or you have zipped your database ???????
Choose Utilities from top toolbar
Import from Web
Type in the file path or choose
from browse 
Click on Load
Import from Web
Choose this option when you are ready to import data from the Web.
