How to set up a meeting


To set up a new meeting, select "meet" from the top menu bar.

The Meeting Information Screen appears

Choose the add button and you will get a blank screen.

At the minimum, you must complete the aqua fields (there is a field on the accounting tab).


Meeting Date:  Enter the date of the meeting here.  Do you charge different rates for Onsite Registration or Late Registration?  Those rates will automatically go into effect after the date set here.

Early Reg Cut-off Date:  Do you use early registration discounts?  Enter the last day for early registration rates in this field.  If an attendee registers after this date, they will be charged the regular rate.
