SAMS provides quick and easy access to various programs through the sub-menu in each module. To access the sub-menu, either right-click or select F3. Once the sub-menu is displayed, notice each program has an underlined letter, strike the underlined letter of the requested menu item.
Change Individual's Info
If you choose this option, the attendee's individual record information will be changed to reflect the demographic data in the attendee's record.
With SAMS you will be able to duplicate the record for another attendee from the same organization. SAMS will create the new record with a new ID number and you should change the name fields and any other distinct fields.
With SAMS you will be able to email directly from the record, provided you have a MAPI compliant messaging system (such as Outlook).
With SAMS you will be able to email a confirmation to the attendee directly from the record, provided you have a MAPI compliant messaging system (such as Outlook). The email confirmation will tell them which events they have registered for and their balance. It is sent immediately with no viewing.
With SAMS you will be able to fax a confirmation to the attendee directly from the record, provided you have an interface between your fax software and SAMS. The
If you have the need to paste the individual's name and address, simply select Paste to Clipboard.
You can either view payment history for this individual at this meeting or add a payment.
Selecting this option will print a confirmation letter (based on the report name you entered in the meeting set up) to your default printer.
Not only will this option print a quick badge, but will also print badges for all guests in the guest table for this attendee.
For quick mailing labels, DYMO label is the ideal solution. DYMO is a third party product which will enable you to generate quick mailing labels from the attendee's screen.
This option will print a badge in the same format as the attendee badge for all additional guests.
SAMS has a quick and easy feature for printing individual badges, whether you print them as you register an attendee at your office or on-site at the conference. The badge to be used is specified in the meeting info tab. When you select this option, SAMS will auto-fill today's date in the badge print field on the attendee tab. NOTE: The laser badges will print to your default printer.

Need to send a letter to this individual? When you select the Word Interface from the sub-menu, SAMS will open Word and automatically put the individual's name and address, along with the salutation.
