How to create a PAC transaction

Once the PAC record has been created, access the transaction screen by right clicking and choosing transaction.

If you are tracking PAC information for state reporting purposes it is very important that the Deposit date field and the Receipt date field are accurate. SAMS knows that if you enter an L or V in the PAC Type field, the Payee section of this screen will allow you to enter information.

1.  Select the add button or F8.  The individual (and member) ID are automatically filled in.

2.  Enter the necessary fields

3.  Save.
