Question: When I open up a crystal report and hit the envelope to export data, nothing happens.
While in SAMS:
1. Go to Utilities
2. Choose SAMS Updates
3. Click on the drop down arrow to the right
4. Choose CRWUFiles.exe - CRW Export Files (This file will be copied to the q:\dapps\memb directory)
5. Go to the START/RUN on the PC menu at the bottom left corner. Browse for this file (CRWUFiles.exe), click on it and choose Open, then click Run to start the program.
After that, everyone should be able to export data.
