Call back records can be added from either the Individual, Member or Expo modules.
To add a call back...
Access Call Backs through the sub-menu by either:
right-clicking and selecting Call Backs OR
hit F3 - then select C.
If the individual does not currently have a call back record, a blank screen will appear.
Select the add button and the individual's name & firm will automatically be added (the individual, membership and expo info is also auto-filled, provided they have records in those particular modules). In addition, the open date and time are also auto-filled.
As with all modules, the aqua fields are required to be filled in, but it is recommended that you complete as many fields as possible for future marketing and/or reporting needs.
The caller ID automatically puts in your first name (from the user set up).
Add a market, which must be established in look-up codes under the individual module.
You could also access call backs from file > call backs.
