Once the report has been created in Crystal Report Writer or , you must add it to SAMS. When a report has been added to SAMS, anyone within the association can run the report.
Prior to adding the report to SAMS, make sure the report has been saved to Q:\dapps\memb\custreps. Also, you will need the exact, name of the report (up to 20 characters).
To add the report....
Select the printer icon on the top tool bar, this will open the report selection screen.
Select the custom module you would like the report to reside in.
With the module highlighted, click on the open book icon with the select report window (right side of the window). The record view window will open.
Select the add button
(if you miss this step, you will be REPLACING the report name that appears and will disconnect from that existing report)
Enter the name of the report - exactly as you named it in Crystal Report Writer. All 20 characters will not be displayed for the name.
