How to create booth Floor plan

Prior to creating the booth, establish the exhibit booth rate codes using the EXPO module of the look-up codes.

To save you time and energy, SAMS C/S has a program to create a basic floor plan.

• Choose utilities from top toolbar

• EXPO

• Create floor plan

• Enter number of booths per aisle (on both sides of the aisle)

• Enter number of aisles.

• Enter highest booth number and default booth rate..

• Create.

• Then close.

To see a listing of the booths created, choose booths from menu bar

NOTE: You will need to do some maintenance on your booths. The goal was to reduce the repetitive nature of creating booths.  It is quicker to delete booths that might actually be "in the aisles", as opposed to adding hundreds of booths.  As well as changing the booth rate from the majority.
