How to create exhibitor directory

1.  Choose EXHIB from the SAMS toolbar and select the exhibitor from the List tab.

2.  Select the Details tab.

3.  Access Directory through the sub-menu by either:

4.  SAMS will auto-fill all the fields on the details tab that were completed on the exhibitor's record.

5.  Include a company description, a listing of other companies this exhibitor is associated with and view products assigned to this exhibitor.

6.  To add products to an exhibitor, select the products tab.

7.  Choose add button

8.  Enter the product number or select the ellipses button to display a list.

9.  Save.
