File/Expo/Registration/Attendees
Reg Type
The Registration Type is displayed; you can only enter one alpha charachterl. Usually use and A for Attendee, V for Vendor, E for Exhibitor, and P for Press.
Year
Enter the four digit Year for the expo.
Choose the appropriate Data Source (if used) from the lookup table selection.
Enter the first, middle initial, and last name of the attendee/registrant.
Enter an optional title for the attendee's name, such as VP or President.
Enter the name that will appear on the attendee's badge. The attendee's first name will appear here automatically, but you can change it if you wish.
Batch
Enter a batch number if used for general ledger accounting purposes.
SAMS enters the attendee's firm name for you, if this attendee is in your individual database, but you can edit this field if it needs to be changed. If you are not pulling from the individual database, you may add a firm name here.
ID
SAMS will assign a unique id number.
SAMS displays the expo number that this attendee is registering for.
Enter the address information here.
Enter the attendee's city, state, zip code, and Country (if needed). SAMS allows for a 4 digit zip code suffix. If the Zipcode table is setup in your SAMS database, then after you have added the zip code, the city field is populated automatically.
Enter the attendee's area code and telephone number.
Enter the attendee's area code and fax number.
Enter the attendee’s email address here.
Webpage
Enter the attendee's website address. It is not necessary to enter the "http:\\" prefix.
The Questions fields contain the answers to up to six questions that may be asked on the attendee registration form. For example, a question might be "Is this your first conference?". The prompts for these questions are defined in the lookup codes for EXPO module under separate tables for each Question. The answers entered in these fields may be up to two characters long.
Add
The date is automatically added with the date the record is entered, but you can change it if you wish.
The date is automatically added with the date the PRINT BADGE button is chosen, but you can change it if you wish.
Hall
Enter the date the registrant has arrived at the hall for the expo.
