Payment Type

Enter CC for credit card or CK for check.

Credit Card Name

Enter American Express, VISA, or MasterCard.

CHK/CC No

Enter credit card or check number.

CC Exp Date

Enter the expiration date for the credit card.

CSC No.

Paid Date

Date payment is processed.

Email Confirmation

With SAMS  you will be able to email a confirmation to the individual directly from the record, provided you have a MAPI compliant messaging system (such as Outlook).  The email confirmation will tell them which dates they have reservations for and their payment.
