How to add look up codes

To add look up codes, select the magnifying glass on the top tool bar

• Choose the module in which the look up code you wish to add will reside by clicking the button to the side of the module description.

• Below the modules, are the tables within that module.  You must locate the specific table and highlight it.

• Then select the open book button next to the listing of look up codes.

• The window for the particular code you would like to add will open

• To add the look up code, select the add button

• Complete as many of the fields as possible (this will help you in the long run).

• When you are complete, save by selecting the OK button on the bottom.

NOTE:  When adding additional look-up codes, you must hit the add button or F8 each time.
