The Specialties tab, in the Professional Directory, allows you to track specialties, items, or just about anything for an individual as well as recording payments.
Prior to adding specialties, you must create the look up codes that will enable you to add as many specialties as necessary to each individual.
To add a specialty:
Select the add button from the tool bar.
Then choose the down arrow under the code
for a listing of all codes available.
Select the desired code
Indicate whether it is the primary code and if you want it printed in the directory.
Then save.

Enter the specialty for this individual. Specialty codes are defined using the Lookup Codes menu for individuals in the Maintenance section of Utilities.

Enter the credit card or check number to record the payment.
SAMS tracks the number of lists to which this individual has been assigned.
SAMS will help you with the billing information for this individual.
If you track monies enter the type of payment, check or credit card number and the payment code with the amount.
