How to add specialties

The Specialties tab, in the Professional Directory, allows you to track specialties, items, or just about anything for an individual as well as recording payments.

Prior to adding specialties, you must create the look up codes that will enable you to add as many specialties as necessary to each individual.

Field Descriptions

Listings

Enter the specialty for this individual.  Specialty codes are defined using the Lookup Codes menu for individuals in the Maintenance section of Utilities.

Add Date

Today's date is entered for you, but you can change it.

Confirmation Date

Today's date is entered for you, but you can change it.

 Invoice Date and No.

Today's date is entered for you, but you can change it.

CC/Check No

Enter the credit card or check number to record the payment.

No of List

SAMS tracks the number of lists to which this individual has been assigned.

Bill, Paid, Adj, and Bal

SAMS will help you with the billing information for this individual.

Payments

If you track monies enter the type of payment, check or credit card number and the payment code with the amount.
