In order to print the Packing Slip, Invoice, Statement and Sales Order from the sub-menu, those reports must first be created in Crystal Reports (you may also choose to use the standard reports that are included).
Then go to file>Association Info> Report Names and enter the name of the report exactly as it was created in Crystal (cannot be more than eight characters).
