I/O Error 32

If you receive this error, the Advantage Server still has a "lock" on your database.  Go to the server where Advantage is loaded and stop it.  If you have SAMS Web Apps, you will also need to stop those temporarily.  You can now run your update.

Once you have run your update, you may go back to your servers and reboot them.  You will also need to restart Advantage and the Web Apps.
