The Individuals module is the foundation for your records. An individual can be a contact for a firm, a prospective member, or an exhibitor in your annual show. You can store unlimited amounts of historical information, track billing data, and communicate to individuals through fax, email, and word interfaces.
New with the SAMS30205 release - If you are adding a record and one already exist in the individual table with the same name, firm, and zip code, a message will now be displayed asking if you really want to add that record. If you don't want to keep the duplicate record you created, you must delete it by selecting the "X" icon on the top menu bar. This should help eliminate the problem of having duplicate records in the database.
