A short description of the history code.
You can number the history codes which will determine which sequence they will print in the directory.

Individual > Right Click > History Maintenance
Whenever you change the History Description, a popup window will open asking if you want to change the individual records with the change to that History code description. If you answer No, then the old Description will remain in the Individual record's History and only when that History code is added to a new record will it match the new description defined in the Lookup Code table.
