How to change amount 1 Field Description

To change amount 1 -4 field description,

• Go to file

• Association info

• Report Names tab

• Type the appropriate description in amount 1 -4 fields.

• Then save

NOTE: when you create reports or formulas, the name of the data field is amount 1
