Fiscal Year

Enter the fiscal year for the meeting.

GL Company

Enter the company name if you are using the general ledger interface.

Refund Account

Enter the general ledger refund account number.

GL Base Directory

Enter the directory for the general ledger interface.

Default Guest Event No

If guests are registering for a specific event, you can reduce data entry by entering the event number here.

Local Tax

Enter tax rate for your area.

No Refund Date

The date after which no refunds will be issued is used in the Meeting Registration web application.

Cancellation fee

The Cancel fee is used in the Meeting Registration web application.

User Initials

SAMS automatically enters the last users initials that changed the record.

Last Change Date

SAMS C/S automatically enters the date the record was changed
