You may define up to six questions to be asked of attendees upon registration. The prompts for the questions may be 4 characters long and will appear on the Attendee screen. For example, on the meeting registration form you might ask if the attendee is going to participate in the annual golf tournament by entering "GOLF" in one of the fields and “SIZE” for a T-shirt as another question.
If you are tracking how many hotel rooms they are utilizing, enter the dates in the Housing Start Date and End Date.
Stores the homepage for the meeting. This is used in the meeting online registration. (Must have purchased Semarca's Online Meeting Module web application.)
