SAMS enables you to print badges and update the print date field at the same time. It is highly recommended that this after print program be utilized to its fullest which will save you time and energy. Completing the print date field will allow you to print batches of badges - during your annual conference you can print badges weekly, fill the add date and then the next week only the new attendees will have badges printed for them.
To access this program...
select reports from the toolbar
then meetings
print badges.
SAMS uses the badge report entered on the meeting screen (sample below).
