1. Individual Screen -
The "Switch Address" menu option will now switch the country fields.
Corrected a problem which created a situation where SAMS looked as if it was locked up when the Member Screen was open in the change mode and then the Individual Screen was opened and then an email was sent from the Individual Screen.
Moved membership information to it's own tab, Member Info.
Added two new fields to the Other Tab: Occupation and SIC Code.
2. Group Email Screen -
Added a new check box: "Create RelayFax Phone Book Import File". Choosing this option will enter a header record into the export file. A header record is no longer added to the export file when using the "Create RelayFax Broadcast Fax File" menu option.
3. Expo Accounting Screen -
Added a new field: Local Tax Rate. This is used in housing to determine the tax rate per room.
4. Practice Code Table -
Increased size of description field from 30 to 40 characters.
5. PAC Electronic Filing Interface -
Corrected a problem where an erroneous date was being entered if the Election Date field was left blank.
Created two new fields: "PAC Cash on Hand" and "Admin/Corp Cash on Hand". If dollar amounts are entered into these fields, a record will be included in the PDP file, reporting these amounts.
6. PAC Transaction Screen -
Corrected a problem where the pledge amount was not being calculated correct if the received month and pledge month were different.
7. Send Email Screen -
Corrected problem where screen was not closing after clicking on the Send Mail button.
8. Group Email Screen -
Corrected a problem where the Individual Activities field was being updated twice for each email sent.
9. Lookup Codes -
Added two new tables under Individual Occupation and SIC Codes.
10. Professional Directory Screen -
Moved payment information to its own tab, Payments.
Added two new fields to the Specialties Tab, Occupation and SIC Code.
