1. Association Information Screen -
Added two new fields, BillTMCR and BillTMDB.
The two fields are used to store the debit and credit accounts used to post your billing income in the Great Plains General Ledger Interface.
2. Attendee Screen -
Added postdate field to events grid.
Added canceldate and cancelglpdt fields to attevent table. These fields are used in the GL Accounting interface. If you cancel an attendee, you should update the canceldate with the date they canceled. When you run the Meetings GL AR option, it will reduce AR by that amount and update the cancelglpdt field.
If the Upd Indv? field is turned on in the meeting info screen, an individual's demographic information will be updated when an attendee record is saved.
3. Expo Info Screen -
Added two fields that are used with the expo web apps. MBPassWord - Member registration password. ExpoURL - URL of expo home page.
4. Certification Screen -
Increased size of cert no field from 8 to 20.
5. GL Interface -
The Great Plains interface will now include the canceled events in the interface.
6. Utilities Trade Membership -
Added a new menu item that will combine two member records into one. All related tables are also updated.
7. Individual Screen -
If you are adding a record and a record already exist in the individual table with the same name, firm and zipcode, a message will now be displayed, asking you if you really want to add that record. This should cut down on the problem of having duplicate records in the database.
8. Trade Membership Screen -
Added a new table, Divisions. This table can be used to store members in multiple divisions, alliances and/or councils.
9. Student Class Table -
Increased City and State Cert No fields from 10 to 20 characters.
10. Service Code Screen -
When you change a service code, you will now be asked if you want to change the description in all member services records.
11. Login Screen -
When you enter an invalid password, SAMS will now clear the password field and then focus on the password field.
12. Speaker Screen -
Added two new tabs, Topics and Spoke Meet. Use the Topics tab to keep track of a speakers topics and the Spoke Meet tab to display the prior events where the speaker has spoken.
13. Meeting Info Screen -
Added a new field, updindv, which is used to determine whether or not an individual's demographic information should also be Updated when the attendee's record is saved with changes.
Added a new field, meetingurl, which stores the homepage for the meeting. This is used in the Meeting Registration Web App.
14. Utilities, Meeting Menu -
Added a new menu item, Change Attendee ID. Use this utility to change an attendee's id number to another ID number. You might use this when you add an attendee and then realize they are already in your individual table or when you substitute one person for another and the new person is already in the individual table.
15. Call Back Screen -
Added the position field to the Individual Tab.
16. Order Module -
Increased the size of most currency fields so that they now support an amount up to $10,000,000.00.
17. Events Screen -
Speakers/Fac tab. Changed the tab name and fixed the tree view so that the speaker's name appears.
Added a new Attendee tab that displays all attendees attending the selected event.
