This update could take a few minutes to run.
1. Group E-mail Screen
Added a 2nd message box. Use this message box if your message in the 1st message box exceeds 65,500 characters. The best way to do this is to paste the whole message into the 1st message box. Go to the end of the text and determine where the text was cut off. Work your way back up the text until you find a <p>. Delete text starting at that line to the end of the text. Go back to your original document and search for the words after the <p>. Copy from the <p> to the end of your text. Paste that data into the 2nd message box.
2. Individual Screen
Send email screen has the same changes as the Group E-mail screen (listed above).
3. Expo Badge Print Screen
Added date range that can be used to pull badges to be printed.
4. Meeting Print Badge
Added country field to available fields.
5. Utilities, Expo Menu
Created new sub-menu, Registration, and moved all expo registration procedures to that sub-menu. Added two new menu items, Import Attendees and Export Attendees. These procedures are used to export attendee information from the main office and to import attendee information into the on-site server. Many times an association will keep their web based registration open while also registering people on-site. These procedures will be used to move the data from the web app server to the on-site server.
6. Report Writer
Fixed problem that created an error message when adding a new folder.
7. Event Screen
Added new field, CEU3 Hours.
8. CEU Entry Screen
Added CEU2 hours and CEU3 hours fields.
9. CEU Screen
Added CEU2 hours and CEU3 hours fields and totals at the bottom of the grid.
