Student Info Monitor Tab

Use this tab to enter information about the test Monitor.

Field Descriptions

ID

Enter the ID or use the ellipsis button to scroll to the Individual.

First Name / Last

Enter the First and Last name of the monitor.

Firm

Enter the Firm of the monitor.

Address / Telephone

Enter the address and telephone number of the Monitor in the corresponding fields.

Enter the email address of the Monitor .
