If your association utilizes the semi-annual, quarterly or monthly billing option SAMS will handle all the details behind the scenes.
For example, a member has requested semi-annual for membership dues of $150 (total) and the initial payment is for bill month 5.
When you run billing for bill month 5, SAMS will bill the member $75 and then go in and change the bill month to 11. The cycle continues, always billing half the total amount and switch the bill month back and forth.
