Re-indexing your data once a month will help increase the speed of your database. See your system administrator for more details or access. It is always a good idea to zip the database before you run any update, re-index, or recalculate program in SAMS.
To pack an single table, locate the table and highlight. Hit the single arrow button, then pack.
To pack the entire database, hit the double arrow button, then pack.
To check the database tables for a corrupted record, Click and turn on the box for Run Database House Keeping? The Pack button changes to "Run" - Click on Run. This utility will delete all corrupted extra records in your table so that SAMS Updates/Releases will run without any error messages.
