How to add a Complaint

Choose the Complaints icon from the toolbar.
 

1.    Click add or F8.  A window will come up to enter the current fiscal year.  After entering, click on OK.  The Fiscal Year can be changed in the Organization Detail screen :

 

        

 

2.    Add the basic information for the Complainant(s) on the Detail tab.  

3.    Click on the other tabs to enter appropriate information - Respondent, Notes, Invest/Exam

  

Once the information is completed, select the save button or F9.
